Exchanges and Returns

  • We accept items for exchange or return that are in new, unworn, unaltered, and unused condition within 21 days of the original order date.
  • If the item is defective, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Please contact us directly if your item seems defective.
  • Insoles and other customizable items that have been trimmed or modified do not qualify for exchange or return.
  • Nutritional supplements and food items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Be sure to inspect the product before returning, and include the original packing materials.
  • Your request will be processed within 15 business days of receipt.
  • You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we have no control over reliability of postal or shipping entities.
  • Returns must be accompanied by your order receipt ID generated upon order confirmation to be processed for refund, as well as your full name and contact information including the e-mail address you used with the order.
  • Order Mistake? We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item with your order.
